  1. ​ @MiltonCedeno-l5x and how much time will it take? At present SpaceX takes about 28 days to turn about a booster. So 200 months means about 18 years.

  2.  @blazinchalice  it also requires transfer of fuel in space which nobody has ever done before.

  3. How many refueling missions will be needed? I have heard it will take as many twenty (20) refueling sessions. How much time will that get done? Years?
