@JeffreyGoddin I sent an email to Senator Manchin about this, but I never got a reply. I even went so far as to talk to a staff person for my Congressional Rep who has a lot of influence in the Democratic Party. I sent the email, confirmed on the phone call that she received it. Explained it because she had never heard of rare earths. And guess what? I never got a reply eventhough I asked for reply just to confirmed it and had taken it to the relevant person of Se, Manchin's staff. Now if I had had a problem with Medicare then they would have swung into action immediately.
