When the AMA identifies pain as a health condition combined with physician indiscriminately prescribed pain medication whenever a patient complained about pain. People nearly always overstate how much pain they feel. The pain levels used in diagnosis were ridiculous.

  2. The Sacklers need to pay a LOT more than the settlement. $6 billion should be a down-payment. The Sacklers should have to forfeit a large fraction of their personal wealth.
