Ironically, it was Ukrainian engineers who learned from the captured German rocket scientists and Ukraine was the rocket engines were built. Sadly it was also unemployed Ukrainian rocket engineers who sold the technology to North Korea because that was the way for the Ukrainian rocket engineers to feed, cloth and house their families.
