We all know homes are overpriced and unaffordable, so don't be silly and go out and buy right now. You been renting this long. The longer you wait, sit back relax and don't spend unnecessarily the better position you will be when you do/will/can buy. Look at it like this. Keeping yourself in a position to buy is helping you and your family. Short term discomfort for long term benefits. Love yourself, and your family. It will be greater later.
