  1. I believe they also see the flow of foot traffic they were getting in 2021, coming to a slow halt. I have received several emails with the buyer incentives from Lennar.. But of course they want you to go with their lender and also they have a 7/6 ARM incentive that I know is crazy and folks should not go for it. It's only a matter of time before things start going the buyers way. I'm truly waiting because I want a new build. I had a deal with Lennar in Oct 2021 but decided not to buy. Our time is coming and believe we will WIN!!!
