  1. You need a realtor if you don't know all the laws and bylaws. FSBO's usually don't know all the things that go into selling a home. As long as you have a great realtor you can trust use them. It's their job just as you go to work daily so do they. Being a realtor is not as easy as some may think. It's alot of work that goes into both sides for buyer/seller and the due diligence means alot when you have an awesome realtor. A GOOD realtor will cut their commision and help out as this is how they get referrals which is how alot of realtors get all their sales.
