Seems like the new construction is trying to stall on price drops. I was told by one of the sales consultants they don't want to drop prices because the people that bought at the high will be upset. That sounds like an oh well to me. Great information as usual Travis.

@realestatemindset lets just hope they have no other choice but to contto drop prices. I have been going to new construction homes for the last couple of months. The same house and floor plans I saw months ago now have full windows that do open in the living rooms,, but 2 months ago they had the windows that open. The sinks in both master and other bathroom had drawers that open, now they are pitting in the counters that the drawers don't open. Talk about putting in material that is cheaper amd low cost for the builder. Um, um, um.
