  1. He is well, well out of his depth. No way a man of his limited skills should be in a job like this. He can't even make an effective speech. He is almost completely inexperienced. He was unexpectedly promoted to chancellor beyond his level by a chaotic Alexander Johnson government and opportunistically found himself with the top job. He will make blunder after blunder.
