  15.  @urrywest  My understanding of the Oval Office performance is that Trump wants Zelensky out of power in Kiev so that Ukraine can install someone who is willing and capable of negotiating with the Russians. And the pressure put on Zelensky publicly is supposed to make Zelensky quit on his own accord, or to inspire Ukrainians and others to get him out. By early indications from Zelensky's behavior after the fiasco, Zelensky has no plans to leave.

If originally the vaccine was not tested for transmission and no conclusion was drawn about the vaccine inhibiting transmission, then that means the vaccine had not been shown to prevent a person from contracting the infection. But that was the initial selling point, that the vaccine would protect you from getting the disease. BUT how else do you get infected other than by transmission. Let me rephrase that. You get the disease by transmission. The vaccine doesn't stop transmission. That means the vaccine doesn't protect you from getting infected. And that was alleged by the government and the drug industry - that the drug protects you from contracting the infection. So it had to be a lie right from the start. So now the Government Pharma Complex has receded to claiming the vaccine will make the disease milder if you get it, but hasn't come up with valid studies to support that claim.

The Senator doesn't know that the $113 billion is completely spent directly on weapons sent to Ukraine or appropriated to specified uses around the world and in America (all in the interest of helping Ukraine's war effort). His understanding is that if the money hasn't gone out in weapons to Ukraine, the "remaining" balance ($50 or so billion) can still be used to send that much worth of weapons to Ukraine. These are the people in charge of America.

  37. By not negotiating, Ukraine and NATO may push Russia to continue fighting until Russia feels there is no risk to Crimea and Donbass. This could very well lead to Russia occupying most of Ukraine. If Zelensky really wanted to get the best deal, now is his last chance to keep Odessa and Kharkov. I am not certain even that is possible, but it will definitely be impossible once Russia conquers those areas. If Zelensky doesn't negotiate before the end of November, it will be a sure sign that the West doesn't care if Ukraine is destroyed entirely, and that nobody cares about many more lives yet to be lost.
