So if you want, you can think that Dr. C is speaking on behalf of that audience. It's kind of like when someone says "You shouldn't steal." The "you" doesn't refer to any particular person or group of persons, nor to the entirety of humanity.

  34. It's very probable the authors started out with a hypothesis along the lines of "Unvaccinated people are more likely to be risk takers and to be insubordinate." Risk takers choose to act despite obvious dangers, and taking the vaccine requires people to accept that risk. It is a risky behavior. The unvaccinated aren't thinking they will be lucky and won't get infected. They are thinking that even if they catch the virus, they will survive it, but the risk associated with the medicine is unknown (or was unknown) so why take it. As far as insubordination is concerned, that may be true with respect to a person in authority. Obeying rules of the road isn't subordination to another person. It is the same as following the sign "Pull" when that is posted on a door. Even if the unvaccinated are less subordinate toward authorities, that obviously is not the case with traffic laws. If you have money, you can order and pay for a study that will prove whatever one wants to prove.
