  2. Just like thousands of other Western analysts, Kofman is labouring under the misapprehension that Ukraine will win. In fact, it's worse than that. He said that if the West takes the foot off the gas, the conflict will end in a stalemate. In other words, according to Kofman Ukraine can't lose. I couldn't watch the rest of it. It's very evident that the West employs people of average intelligence for these jobs that should really be performed by people with an IQ over 140.

Ukraine is losing pieces, and the situation on the board (or map) shows Ukraine to be at a disadvantage.
