  3. This is my message to CIA. In Chinese culture, you create an activity that is intended to result in a desired effect. In European culture, you extract a principle guiding the process, and then utilize it to carry on. This imposes an absolute limit on the influence of Chinese culture. The boundary in their favor is very far, because of their industriousness and intelligence equal to ours. It is not in Chinese nature to develop mathematics or physics. They are bound to spirituality. So will this defeat applied science, which Chinese are equal to Europeans at, the basic science of Europeans who suck at applied science in comparison to the Chinese? Need I bring up just one example, where the Swiss invented quartz watch technology but the Japanese brought it to market first!
