  2. It's preposterous to posit that extraterrestrials (smart enough to get here) would allow earthlings to capture anything of theirs! If they wanted to, they could surely visit earth without detection. And if they wanted us to see them, they would be more obvious and land on the Red Square and start speaking English to confuse the Comrades. Besides, didn't they bring any spacecraft mechanics to keep things flying?
