Well, to be a movie star, you might have to meet certain standards, but then again, we simply may not have been destined to be movie stars, and that is not necessary for happiness.

Someone must first install the system on a modern car engine and prove that it works. It appears no one has done that. To kick it off, a team of engineers will have to promote the concept to the government, a suitable company, or even a university, or the NSF. None of us here can make that happen.
