  1. Our healthcare system offers virtually no preventative care, and increasingly, people are frustrated with it. I say this as someone who's suffered tremendously because of medical mistakes most of my adulthood. The greed in healthcare is unbelievable. I would advise young adults to educate themselves on good nutrition and stay as far as possible from medical doctors unless there is an emergency. I'd be well now if I did that when I was young.
