  4. The expired president continues to lie about Putin capturing more countries. If Putin wanted to capture Ukraine, he would have done so within the first few weeks after the invasion. Russia has a huge army, including the reserves. It is millions of men. All of them would have been drafted BEFORE the invasion started, and they would have taken Ukraine in a few weeks, if not sooner, ALL OF IT, but even then, anyone with brains would not even imagine Putin's army trying to invade ANY NATO country... because he knows it would quickly escalate to nuclear war. Biden might not care if the global war starts but Putin is not out of his mind yet.
