@nebtheweb8885 We know so little about this virus as well as about immunity from vaccines vs natural immunity, that all we can do is guess. Many people with underlying conditions had very mild cases and many healthy people got very sick or passed away. Feeling ill after vaccination simply means that your body responded well to a vaccine and has developed immunity. The elderly don't always get fever and chills after vaccination but can get very sick and die if they contract Covid.
