School principals are usually very responsible with children. I have a feeling the defendant has a medical condition and takes medication(s) that could have contributed to the tragedy. If she chose not to testify, it tells me she either has memory problems or might not want to say anything that could cause her daughter to lose parental rights of her other child(ren). The mother of the poor baby needed rest, I get it, but if you know you can't manage having kids and working, you either don't work or don't have more children. If your child dies in someone's care, YOU, the parent, take full responsibility for your other children. During this trial, I did not see much emotion from anyone in this family. This is so bizarre. I feel like they are all at fault for what happened. P.S. Just watched a doctor's interview about this case, and YES, the defendant WAS on two medications that cause memory problems. The judge chose not to bring any witnesses (doctors) who could prove that to this court. This is highly suspicious.
