Surely people play these games to become a hero, protagonist and a character that’s cool, something the player wishes they could be in real life? Why the hell do you want to play joe bloggs off the street?! Some of the Character design in Apex is just lazy and dull or they take a cool character and make them have weird woke quips. Hopefully more and more people are voting with their wallets.
