America has and does harbor persons who've committed terrorist attacks in other countries. Would those countries be justified in invading and occupying the USA for 18+ years? That's not to mention the numerous terrorist attacks carried out by the US government itself or with its blessing. Also, the Taliban (who were in governmental power, not al Qaeda, as you seem to think) asked the Bush admin for evidence bin Laden was guilty before handing him over. Bush refused, called it a stalling tactic, and escalated to invasion. Legal scholars have weighed in that the invasion was not in accordance with th UN charter because 9/11 was not an attack of one state upon another.

Not only do you not know anything; it doesn't matter that you don't know anything because what ultimately matters is not whether an attack was right, justified, or legal, but that the stronger country can do whatever it likes while everyone else can "test their luck." There's no way I can argue with an irrational argument, so I guess you win by default.
