This clip - if you bothered to watch it - is less about ACB OWNED than it is about exposing how judicial activism and dark money operate behind the facade of objectivity and textualism.

@fifermcgee5971 I was reading a Politico piece that said some Senate Democrats wanted him to replace Feinstein this time around on the Judiciary Committee. Damn shame. I don't know too much about him, and there's probably a lot I would problematic about his policy positions (though he did at one point support M4A), but he's clearly the one with the chops to run that committee, not doddering Diane fucking Feinstein.
