  1. One thing Hillary and Trump have in common is that neither can admit when they're wrong. They'll compound lie with lie, blame everyone else, but the last thing they're capable of is humility. To them, it's a weakness, a liability.

  2. Grassroots activists—brought to you by: indie music, hipster glasses, craft beer, and that other thing the kids are doing. But seriously, there are still real "grassroots activists." They tend to be people doing under the radar community and regional work. Grassroots activists started Occupy, though by the end it was apparently thoroughly co-opted by liberals.
