  2. Scott Johnston The NFL thing I don't think is insanity. It seems kind of obvious that it is to some degree a calculated distraction. What was Congress trying to do at that time? Pass massive tax cuts for the rich and for corporations. Now people are more focused on and angry about a harmless, marginal issue. The GOP does that kind of thing all the time.
