  4. Well, "finally." She's always been opposed to "regime change wars," but has never been opposed to war itself. She's always supported the war on terror (as long as regimes were not changed), war against Islam, drone assassination, and dabbled in supporting torture until it became a political liability. People who thought Tulsi was an "anti-war candidate" clearly weren't listening carefully.

FYI I'm not a progressive, and I don't particularly care for AOC or any of the other progressives in Congress.
