@intuitionz1198 Then you must not be paying attention.
When De Blasio wanted to effect a stay-at-home order, Cuomo said, "It cannot happen legally. No city in the state can quarantine itself without state approval and I have no interest whatsoever and no plan whatsoever to quarantine any city."
A study, "Differential Effects of Intervention Timing on Covid-19 Spread in the United States," found that:
"In the New York metropolitan area, the epicenter of COVID-19 in the US, 209,987 (183,607–223,199) [80.0% (70.0%-85.0%)] confirmed cases and 17,514 (15,293–18,878) [80.3% (70.2%-86.6%)] deaths would have been avoided if the same sequence of interventions had been applied one week earlier (Fig. 2c-d)."
As for the numerous (what is it, 11?) allegations of sexual harassment, some of which ARE ON VIDEO, they were credible enough for the NY AG.

@intuitionz1198 Maybe no liberals wanted to believe, but leftists have known about Cuomo's many issues for a long time. When his history of harassment was brought up very publicly, liberals and the press (including Cuomo's kid brother) swept in to neutralize it. Of course women don't want to come forward if that's the result. Who would? Only when Cuomo became a liability, after it was revealed that his administration covered up nursing home deaths (Cuomo having ordered people into them) and he threatened an official for exposing it, was it possible to criticize a man Democrats had spent the better part of a year shamelessly glorifying.
But your deflection is just another common tactic apologists for power love to deploy. If this was such a big problem, why didn't it come up sooner? Oh it did come up? Then why did no one take it seriously? If these women were really harassed, why did they continue to meet with or work for Cuomo? They must have wanted it, or they're lying, or they're doing it for attention.
These are precisely the things people said in defense of Cosby and Kavanaugh and Biden. And they're deflections which have nothing to do with the reality of sexual harassment and assault, especially when it comes from someone who wields enormous power and influence.
After interviewing 179 people and reviewing 70,000 pieces of evidence, the NY AG found that Cuomo had in fact credibly harassed 11 women and facilitated a sexist environment. Maybe you know something the AG doesn't.

@intuitionz1198 The really nice thing is that you don't have to believe me, personally. You can look at the record, at studies, and so on. You can look at the evidence IN TOTALITY, not the one thing that trips your malfunctioning bs detector enough to prevent you from doing further (or, apparently, any) research.
All the jaqing off in the world isn't going to legitimate your opinion, except to cranks, like the conservative, misogynistic friend you made. "The timing is fishy" btw is exactly the phrase Republicans used during the Kavanaugh hearing—anything you people can do to deflect.
Again, your own ignorance isn't evidence.
