I've even talked with an ex military pilot who rented a plane from a new York air port to take his family on vacation in Florida, we just so happened to stay at the same hotel on my vacation and talked about it at the pool. Yes the pilot shouldn't have taken the plane but the air port never should have gave them it either, and if this man didn't have a commercial licence to fly the plane then the air port is also at fault for not checking to see if this guy had the proper documents to fly.

They would have to reduce money put towards certain programs and completely get rid of others and that means anyone employed under those axed programs would be fired increasing unemployment, the money issue might force the government to replace the current military program from one where you apply for a job to a mandatory 4 years of military service with a set wage that never changes or no wage at all because the government simply doesn't have the money to pay for it. I understand you want to simplify it so people can't avoid paying taxes, but taxes and what their used for aren't so simple and can't be so easily fixed.
