The very definition of racism is identifying as Superior to other races and showing hate towards them, there wasn't an ounce of superiority or hate in her statements. What's next a teacher says they notice their black student is failing their class and they get fired for making that statement

Well was she right, we're all are black students scoring lower than normal? Let's see her classes grades, if it's true then that doesn't mean she's racist it means she notices that the black community attending her school isn't as good with law.
