There's really nothing wrong with the coca leaf it's only one they grinded up into that paste and then process it into pure cocaine that it's dangerous as an old doctor once said it's the dose that makes the poison and that's true even today you can drink a little alcohol and be perfectly fine but if you chug two large bottles of vodka you'll develop alcohol poisoning you can even drink too much water and develop water toxicity my own mother almost died from that if we just Shred the leaves and make say a tea out of it or use it like Tobacco Chew it would be perfectly fine to use the plant people in Colombia I've been using it like that for centuries
