I don't fear nuclear war either because I know none of them will use nukes, It's the world's biggest bluff card because anybody who uses nukes ends up in a loose loose situation It's either mutually assured destruction destruction or the enragement of the enragement of every other nation who hasn't already joined the war effort due to nuclear fallout and thus they might join the war effort just to stop the mad individuals.
