The city wants to avoid a street war where both cops and nearby civilians could be killed, they'd prefer to let the CHOP zone burn itself out like a toddler throwing a tantrum and avoid good cops losing their lives.

@weasel101 last I checked the Soviets are led by Putin and he is friends with Trump, and why you trying to make this a them vs us thing; regardless of what side your on you should always want as few police casualties as possible
