  1. You can punish and rehabilitate, sure you shouldn't be taking away all forms of entertainment, but they shouldn't have access to VR equipment either. You can't make the conditions equally or more desirable than the outside world otherwise prison is no longer a deterant, it's a vacation. If all someone needs is an opportunity for a better life, then they should be sent to a nice place like this not as a prison sentance but as personal reconstruction process
