Everyone is saying gun would have solved this, but they neglect the fact that police were outside and would have returned fire. Sure the bail bondsman might have been dead, but you'd be dead too.

@TattsnGuns the 8th amendment doesn't say that, it says people are protected from excessive bail and cruel treatment. It does not garentee you the right to bail.

@TattsnGuns it's not your cup of tea either considering you DON'T have the right to bail, and if you can't pay out of pocket there are bail loan business'. The amount of bail isnt determined by your personal wealth it's determined by what crime you committed. If you're charged with murder then you'll get an expensive bail you likely can't afford due to the severity of the crime and the fact that most people aren't wealthy.
