Funny considering Republicans are trying to take control of how elections are decided, ya know like how they've been accusing Democrats of.

"To me, this points to the failure of many, so called democracies to be truly representative of the people they're supposed to serve" And russia and chinas government do represent all their people? The wheels my turn slow but at least they don't only turn for a select few people. Keep in mind how the world used to be back before the founding of america when monarchies/dictatorships ruled the land with absolute power.

@LLAALALA they weren't happy, they had peasant revolts all the time that were put down with military force. People get that view because they only looked at it from the top of their society, a lot of the ming dynasties wealth came from serfdom where people were tied to the land almost like slaves. (Basically slaves with a few more rights).

I dont think you can call China a communist country/party when they operate like dictators. They simply claim to be something their not.
