The EU is making a mistake finning Poland like this, it will only encourage their withdrawal from the EU like Britain; just like many here in the USA think states should have their own rights and the feds shouldn't over reach, Poland just wants to be poland without foreign powers telling it how to run itself. It's like having an alliance where some allies tell you that you have to follow their laws now.
