It's always possible that this could have came from the lab, but there's no evidence to support it other than suspicion and coincidental incidents. The only evidence that could support this was a weaponized virus is that there was a lab in the city where it broke out and a doctor who tried to warn the public was silenced, while that last part is usually highly suspicious in most of the world in China it's an average day's work censoring information that could lead to a panic.
