Stress plays a key part in all physical and mental ailments, by focusing on one spot yoga can reducing stress and loosen the muscles; it minorly improves one state of health and since one part of the bodies health can affect another this creates a sort of snowball/cascading effect of wellness. All the little things add up and effect the other little thing in our bodies.
