If the car was forfeited by the company with all of their trade marks still on it and sold to someone else, you legally own it they cannot argue that you are misrepresenting them because they carelessly sold it with their trade marks on it to the public, it is not your job to remove all the TM's; if you do not infringe on any copy right or trade mark laws all they can do is waste your time and money with this law suit. (which is their goal to sue you into submission by using legal fees and debt) If you can afford to fight them in court do it, then sue them if you win so you can make them pay reparations for all the time and money wasted. Start researching all laws related to this case and look for all the loop holes or broad sentences you will have to argue with them about, in these moments you will need to convince the judge why your interpretation of these broad laws/loop holes is right; give examples of how their interpretations would be bad and infringe on peoples rights. Also hire a lawyer, you might just need to remove the domino's logo on the top of the car as that is a dead give away to their TM whereas the style, color, and stickers could be argued around for days.
