Just trade the land, Canada can get that land and we can get land of equal size along the Minnesotan/Canadian border; or land between Washington and Alaska to help bridge the gap there if Minnesota doesn't mind. It takes care of all the problems and no one gets the sour end of the deal

@thecanadianfuhrer8602 that wouldn't cut access to the pacific it would just make the trip there longer if we didn't give you access to one of our ports, which I'm pretty sure we would considering we're great allies; you can still get to the Pacific from the Northern end of Canada and it was just a proposal not an absolute necessity of a trade agreement

@thecanadianfuhrer8602 Again, It was just a proposal it doesn't mean we absolutely have to have it nor does it mean we will get it since we also have to get the ok from Minnesota since it's there land we would hypothetically trade; we can just trade the city for some woods near the Minnesotan border or even along the border of Alaska where less people live. You keep taking my words as if I'm the man actually negotiating these deals but I'm just some guy on the internet, I was also unaware that so many people lived between Alaska and Washington or that the size of this small town was large enough to encompass enough land to cover 1 million people; I'm just some guy on the internet who's proposing solutions to help accommodate these people all while making an even trade. Nothing I say is absolute or even being taken into consideration by any branch of government on either side.

I believe this is a scam, but simply calling your city water and taking their word for it is not proving the scammer wrong for all I know that manager could be lying to you just as much as the scammer. 4:55 If you really want to prove theirs nothing wrong with Milton's water actually test it and show us the results, there will be no 2nd thoughts then.
