  1.  @davidmilton5887  dude, it doesn't matter that he didn't hit the officer, the fact that he tried to is enough to justify an arrest. If someone took a swipe at me I don't care if he misses, he's going to the ground.

  2.  @SenorHamburgler  It's not illigal if the guy is refusing to turn his music down, at that point the cop can enter your car.
