  3.  @HeyCupertino  yeah but nobody wants the nuclear fallout from that, even china and india have agreements not to nuke each other and that if war ever broke out they'll only use nukes in retaliation to being nuked

  4.  @HeyCupertino  a grenade, rpg, or missile specially designed to release a large electrical discharge. They aren't widely used due to the military making things like their cars and bases emp proof but this could cause their use and production to ramp up as it's harder to build in emp protection for such small and electronically demanding devices. Grenades and rpg would be good for urban combat, but missiles would be better for suburban combat like seen in WW2 with trench warfare making peaking from cover not a death sentence
