Egypt needs to Institute two child policy to curb overpopulation, they also need to invest in aquifers and expand their agriculture in to the desolate desert using those aquifers; they would have to do basically what the people who created Petra did. They can accomplish this through a 2-year mandatory military service and making everyone engineers and construction drones, they should also invest in desalination plants on the coast to help fill these aquifers and irrigate the new Farms.

  3. Egypt could be easily overthrown if it's poverty-stricken people were convinced to fight for their enemies and said enemy invaded from the coastline after decimating Egypt's navey
