Did they meet them? An absolute NO. Good time also to remind you about Russia's commitment to respecting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity under the Budapest Memorandum. Of course, they also disregarded that. Go do your homework first. Being uninformed is OK, but talking about something you don't know and throwing out ad hominems is just sad.
