@preachingflamesthepreacher3894 * Many of them forcibly deported to the Russian territory, many in the far east. Crazy this is happening in 2022 but pariah Russia is stuck in the 1880s unfortunately.

@preachingflamesthepreacher3894 It is not the Americans who have invaded Ukraine. It is not the Americans who are annexing chunks of Ukraine. It is not the Americans who keep bombing schools, hospitals and homes in Ukraine. It is not the Americans who are massacring civilians in Ukraine. It is the Russians, led by Putin. Don't be mistaken.

Russia as a country has little to offer to the world other than some grain, fossil fuels, threats and death and destruction. It will be difficult to disentangle from Russian Gas, but we will get there. As to threats, they will be meaningless once Finland and Sweden are in NATO. I hope that you guys like America's "pivot to Asia strategy" because you will have to copy-cat it. Here, west of Moscow, none of us want anything to do with you.

Russia keeps invading, annexing parts and meddling in her neighbours' affairs. They still have this imperialist, irredentist mindset rooted in the late 19th century. So when you have a neighbor like this, you obviously want to protect yourself.
