  2.  @duncansmith7562  This is not a total mobilization, but a partial mobilization nonetheless. As Putin put it himself, "I think it is necessary to support the proposal of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff to hold a partial mobilization in Russia." He uses that very word, 'mobilizatsyia.' There is a reason why an estimated 200 000 + Russian men have left the country over the past few days. They keep lying to everyone's faces, including those of Russians. Just like when they said that this was only a "military exercise." Or when they suggested that they were not targeting civilian infrastructure. I can keep going, if you'd like.
