@sheriffsis1146 Ethnic Russians are not the majority in Donetsk and Luhansk (about 39% each according to the latest census) and 'ethnic Russian' does not necessarily mean that such a person would support joining Russia. Look at the data for the referendum (free and fair) of separation from the USSR by oblast in Ukraine. Only Crimeans were more reticent to separate. Also, I find it hard to believe that the 2/3 of the Donbass that has been bombed for 8 years from the separatist side aided by Russia would be eager to join the aggressor. So, no.

@natano_pasaran1558 On the eastern part of the control line. The western one was bombed by separatist and Russian forces IN UKRAINIAN TERRITORY.

It is Russian servicemen who are terrorizing Ukraine. It is Ukrainians who are having to flee by the millions. It is Putin who is equating those who disagree with him to cockroaches. It is Lavrov who is denying the many atrocities and war crimes that Ukrainians have to endure. Shame on you.
