@NTraveller Nah. When you intentionally target civilians, which is what seems to have happened in Bucha, you are taking it to the next level and violating the laws of war. That's why we don't throw around concepts such as "war crime" casually. Bucha is a potential war crime, the situation is being investigated, there is plenty of evidence to support such a claim and I am confident that the Russian state will be found guilty by the International Criminal Court.

@ef-everythingfree896 No, but others were 😉 There's plenty of evidence to support my claim by now, including actual footage. Among others, we can clearly see a Russian tank firing at a civilian cyclist in Bucha. It is everywhere on YouTube. Feel free to check it out.
