@polinak.7071 No one has stolen Russia's money. Part of their reserves are blocked, which just like the sanctions, are a direct consequence of Russia's illegal land grab in Ukraine.

@wangyaohan3704 I mean, I understand why Russia has done this. But let it be clear that Russia is NOT a trustworthy commercial partner - every nation should be aware that they will cut off supplies to achieve geopolitical gains. You have a Chinese name, I don't know where you are from, but if you are from China, the policymakers in your country are well aware of this and won't make themselves vulnerable in this regard, which is wise of China and was too naive of Europe.
