  4.  @dragons_hook  No, that's not the reason why few take the ICC seriously. The ICC, just like the UN as a whole, has little power because these institutions can only be as powerful as individual states want them to be - which is close to zero. That's the real reason why they don't have that much clout. But let's be clear; stealing Ukrainian children, among the many other awful things that the Putin regime is responsible for, is very, very serious. I hope that justice is served in the end.
