  1. Palestine is already a ‘partial observer U.N member state’ & they have been since 2012 & from what I’ve seen reported,this latest vote was absolutely for full U.N membership for Palestine. What makes you state it wasn’t for full membership & if it wasn’t, then what are you suggesting the vote was for ?
